Non Payment of Interest on my PF account
I left job in Jan 2013 and got the interest on my PF account upto Jan 2016 i.e. for 3 years . Than they stop paying interest to my account probably treating it as in-operative whereas as per GOI circulars the PF account will not be treated as in-operative till the holder of the account attains the age of 58 yrs. I am still 54+.
I took up the matter and got the interest for the period 2017-2018 but still they have not paid the interest for 2015-16 ( 2months ) and 2016-17.
Do someone have any clarity on this matter, pls. suggest.

Please give a full write up to the Regional PF Commissioner where your Employers Central office is located. Please mark copy to MOS Labour Welfare Mr Sanotsh gangwar more

I having similar case I have not received interest from April 11 to June 16 due to my pf transfer application rejected & I was not aware off. I send many complaints but no reply from pf office. Not understanding what to do in this matter. more
