Nokia Mobile 6.1 Plus_ After Sales no support from Nokia

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased Nokia 6.1Plus by Flipkart and since then I was facing several problem and I tried a lot to get it replaced with replacement period but they have refused to do so.
Still, I am facing the same problem and as of now, I am completely fear to use it because its battery is getting exhaust very soon and also, it is not being charged with any Nokia charger and it is off right now.
I have submitted it in Nokia service center in Noida- Niel Communication by job sheet no. 962433527/190225/003 on dated 25 Feb 2019 and service agent detail is {Care Center:962_433527, Contact No. 0120-4549349, email- niel_noida@flexcare.in} and they asked for 10 days to change the charging port which they found as problem but still after 10 days they have not solved the problem and returned it as it is , saying that they have not received the part from Nokia.
Now, please tell me... why am I suffering??

Nokia is no Longer the Finnish Company its a Chinese Company HMD Global. What Do u expect from MI expect the same from Nokia. Plus the Pricing of the Mobile handsets are too steep as compared to Chinese Market more  
Our Legal wing is a very poor performer.Govt must amend the rules and punishment must be severe and in a timely manner.i.e. at the earliest.Wherever required Judicial vacancies must be filled and increased considering backlog.There should be a time bar to finish the case say maximum 5 years. more  
You will get justice from consumer court with in 3 years of time. more  
Flipkart is always like this, I was cheated by them 4 years back on buying a new mobile and still carrying it which did not work even for a day. So be aware of buying any valuable items from them. more  
It shows services of Flipkart is deteriorating more
