Noida Encroachment Survey
So news papers have published our Noida encroachment survey which is eye opening because its saying 86% Noida residents surveyed say their are people in their colony society encroaching on public space.
And i dont see how ghaziabad or lucknow or varanasi would be any different.
Shouldnt this lead to both policy changes and enforcement actions by Noida and Greater Noida Authority/municipal corporations etc. i see this in my society in greater noida live. more

Very true. Builders have constructed several flats on freehold plots in defiance of the approved building plan in my colony DLF Ankur Vihar, Loni, Ghaziabad. The 35% mandatory green area is given a go-bye with no space for parking leading to frequent infighting. more

In societies like Jal Vayu Vihar, sector 25, Noida, encroachment is a common practice among around 50% of the apartments. People have encroached the common staircase and such areas of apartment by adding these to their own apartments by constructing walls nd doors etc. and other public spaces and gardens around ground floor apartments for their personal use. Society management knows about if fully well but take no corrective action. more

Noida Authority know about Encrochments very well , but no action taken.I think Authority wait till the worst condition takes place among neighbours. more
