No vehicles in CP

How was it decided that there will no cars be in CP for 3 months. Whose decision was it? Delhi govts? LG?, Center? Delhi Police?

Atleast the CM and AAP ppl used to be keen to take peoples feedback. Why not on this issue?

For those who work in CP esp older people who cant travel by metro should there be an exemtpion? more

I am in agreement with the proposal to make CP ( ie inner & middle circle) car free. All that is needed is a regular & efficient shuttle service more
