It will attract the Provisions of "Benami Transactions You may Lodge Written Complaint with the Authority. Seller may IMMEDIATELY state that he had not given this Invoice and Not made any transaction with you. Pl. take care of this aspect well before lodging your complaint. more
Dear Mr S K Virmani you are absolutely right an invoice without proper address and GSTIN is not a vlaid invoice. As per GST Law Address of seller is must alongwith his GSTIN on invoice and it should be printed not stamped. My dear freinds from this circle who are saying that for end user address on invoice is not mandatory or required they are wrong as the GST Law clearly says that name and address of seller with GSTIN is compulsary to be printed on invoice. If name and address is not printed then its not a valid invoice. Law is same for all whether the invoice is issued to end user or to whole seller. more
@ Mr. Nirmal Vasan, Sir, can you please share with me the copy of the rules or regulations exempting retailers from printing of address on the invoice for end users sale. Secondly even if we believe it is exempted would the retailers have two set of invoices one for the end user and other for business users. more
