Mr. Nitish Kumar is at no fault. He behaves in the same manner as other politicians behave, you may name anyone. Problem lies with the machinery & the people who run it. The very indifferent attitude of IAS, who indulge more in appeasing CM, resulted in huge loss. Mr. Nitish Kumar should understand that he has no control over administration & he is compelled to bear the burden of Gathbandhan Dharm. Bihar & Biharis will carry the burden & burn of grief. more
