NEW PF ACCOUNT AND RECOVERY OF OLD PF FROM CLOSING COMPANY.
GOOD MORNING SIR,I AM A EMPLOYEE OF STONE INDIA LTD,IT IS UNDER SUSPENSION OF WORK LAST 6 MONTHS.MEAN WHILE I HAVE CHANGED 2 COMPANY BUT I AM NOT GETTING PF OF THOSE COMPANY.
QUESTION IS MAY I OPEN A NEW PF ACCOUNT THERE WHERE I DID NOT NOT GET THE CHANCE TO RESIGN IN MY CLOSING COMPANY.
QUESTION NO 2 : HOW I WILL GET MY PF AND GRATUITY FROM MY OLD COMPANY ( STONE INDIA LTD ) WHEN IT IS CLOSED.

now the unique number is given to all employee you can contact epf office of your reign. more

Hi, If the stone India is closed then also you can claim the PF amount. Ofcourse Gratuity is when the company will start giving the Fand Final settlement. Safer side you can send a letter to Labour department with a Registered post A/D mentioning you have not received your gratuity amount. with a copy to your company. come to the point of PF you can visit the PF office where in your pf is maintained.There is an enforcement officer in PF department you have to check in the reception with your establishment code then lodge a complaint with him. If the online claim is possible you can claim this and inform it to the EO for payment or submit the hard copies of the claim form without signature of employer. Dear Mitra, Now this is dependent on you .what would you like to secure your job with private or limited company's. There is some rules by Govt.in which you can find balance between employees and management threw directorate.if there is some issues which take long time to resolve.emergency employees salary issue booth in Chandigarh Gary may u have to look. Better you open a new account. Report the matter to your local office of EPF and enquire about the rules so that you can transfer from your previous employer. If you have the UAN no then it is easy for you to contribute towards the old account. more
