Nepal bans Ramdev company

Nepal has banned import of medicines from 16 Indian companies. One of them is Divya Pharmacy, a company promoted by Yoga Guru Ram Dev.

The other companies that have been banned are Radiant Parenterals Ltd., Mercury Laboratories Ltd., Alliance Biotech, Captab Biotec, Aglowmed Limited, Zee Laboratories Ltd, Daffodils Pharmaceuticals Ltd, GLS pharma Limited, Unijules Life Science Ltd, Concept Pharmaceuticals Pvt, Shree Anand Life Sciences Ltd, IPCA laboratories Ltd, Cadila Healthcare Ltd, Dial Pharmaceuticals, Aglowmed Limited and Mackur laboratories Ltd. more

What I can see, even Cadila & IPCA are banned, leave aside Divya ! Do you really think these are small and less known pharmaceutical companies not following WHO norms! I guess, this is done by Nepal under Chinese influence. more

Not following World Health Organisation norms was the reason Nepal has banned Ramdev firm, so that should direct our attention also as to why India remains indulgent with Divya Pharmacy medicines. Why should capitalists have the going so easy, with politically motivated public perceptions, replacing objective parameters read, compliance norms. The same goes for other companies. more  
This has nothing to do with patanjali as companies like IPCA ,cadila are also banned. So more of a protectionist decision than anything else. more  
On what basis have they banned the same.Indian govt needs to look into the same and advise manufacturers also on the same more
