Need to reduce weight, What to Eat?

Hi Friends,

Gained weight around 4 kg in last 3 months. Please suggest something to eat ( Home remedies ) that can help in reducing the weight.

I have started going for walk, jogging. I don't like eating Sweets, Oil, Maida.

Please share whatever you know that helps in weight reduction. It will be so helpful. more

try the dash diet- the details are added in resources of "staying healthy" :) more  
you can try and change your meals from 3 heavy meals to 5-6 balanced meals..and yes avoiding junk & oily food. more  
You can try these: (a) Eat 2 tomatoes empty stomach each morning. (b) Consume more proteins/seeds than carbohydrates. (c) Eat lots of cabbage and Sitaphal. (d) Drink 3 litres of good quality water through the day. (e) Have your dinner atleast 4 hours before going to bed (f) Drink Green chai or ginger chai as ginger is very effective in burning excessive fat in the body. (g) Gazar pees ke Chaas ke saath be le saktey hai. (h) Limit the intake of salty food like pickles and processed foods, read lables. (i) And finally distress, keep moving, modern amenities induce comfort, go paleo (Pauranic) more
