I need to file a complaint against VLCC, Gurgaon with a Consumer Court in Gurgaon for refusing to refund my payments made for a wellness program which I was unable to carry with due to time constraints. Can friends in the circle guide me with the steps I need to take & possibly with the address/contact nos of the Consumer Court. Thanks in anticipation. Best Regards, Shakti Datta more  
Prepare a simple letter para wise explaining the events in chronological order, the grievance should be made clear as far as possible, thereafter the relief you require is to be written down in Para having heading relief clause. you can ask for compensation of loss, damages and also return of amounts u have paid to the company. Do attach a simple affidavit stating that the contents of your complaint are true and nothing has been concealed therefrom. Also attach INR 100/- postal order in favour of president District consumer Forum.... of your area be particular about the Jurisdiction of the consumer forum where ulive, you can send complaint by registered post also. Ensure that the supplier is also from the same territorial Jurisdiction, or you have received the product or service at your place. you can also consult an advocate if the stakes are high. to cover all legal points as Companies fight over legal technicalities where a layman consumer fails . more  
Thanks to all for the prompt reply. I request you that kindly find the below details- I was in communicating with Reliance Communication from 05th Sept, 2014 (Friday). Allow me give the summary of my letters, 1) My mobile no (9821222876) was ported to Reliance on 12th Aug, 2014, 2) Service was suspended on 04th Sept, 2014, 3) Reason “Verification was done, but the door was locked”. 4) No communication through mail / call / SMS from Reliance before suspending the services, 5) Complaint was made to customer care number (#198) for service suspension, they said that I have to submit the document once again & the re-verification will be done before service to resume. 6) The Complaint mail was marked to customer care ID, 7) On 06th Sept, 2014 (Saturday) after 48 hours the service is re-started, that’s also without verification, 8) Now I am demanding charges for Mental Harrasment, Revenue lots & Respect in the market, (For not availability of services). 9) Got the mail from Reliance Care saying that they will not give any compensation for this. 10) They broke the “TRAI Rule / Govt Law” by starting my services before verified my document, resident address. After starting the service they suspended under the ground of verification. On above that they re-started the services without verification done. Kindly Advice more
