for temporary relief you can take antacids, lots of alkaline fruits like guava, banana; but if u seek real relief, look at the cause of it....'the strongest element in you causing this is FEAR...a strong belief that you are not good enough...something's eating away at you...It can be primarily called the fear of the new,,inability to assimilate your new experiences...basically its dread of the new...what really to do -1.start deep breathing-very deep. 2.Make/write this affirmation 'I lovingly allow joy to flow through my body and mind"....for 10 times/day.3.Go in front of the mirror and love yourself, give approving appreciation to your body/self.4. Take up jogging for 30 mns./day.5.Make this attached relaxing pattern for 2 pages/day wit5h right hand and 2 with left hand/daily.... and within 15 days your condition would have improved. Then, in 2nd phase 1.get your writing pattern analyzed to find the source of the problem of fear.2 increase intake of alkaline fruits-reduce spicy foods/reduce teas...3. take up regular yoga or similar panchkarma treatments tro remove toxins...4.avoid allopathy. 5.take up 'talent development' course from me for 6 months..and you will be swimming in your own waters of joy and love more
Can any one suggest me remedy for acidity/ulcer and for strong mind more
