Dear Ms Agarwal, Regarding your query "Need help for PF withdraw..." in [myEPF]". Now the employer attestation is not required over PF Form to withdraw the PF. However, before processing your withdrawal thru your UAN, you can check whether the PF has been deposited properly by your employer (upto your service period). You have not mentioned your total service / average PF deduction etc.  In certain cases the PF Withdrawal amount attracts TDS deduction.   If service is less than 06 months, the Pension Fund being forfeited by PF Office. So before appying for PF Withdraw, pls consider the above points. Moreover, I would suggest to Transfer the PF into your new company.   From: Asha Agarwal To: pansingh_dangwal@yahoo.co.in Sent: Saturday, 24 September 2016 4:30 AM Subject: New post "Need help for PF withdraw..." in [myEPF] more
Aasha ji, download the form for final EPF withdrawl form 19 and 10c from EPF site, fill it completely, get your signatures/ identity attested from your last employer and in case it is not possible, get it done from your bank where you want to get the funds transfer alternatively get it attested from magistrate/1st class gazetted officer and deposit it. Deposit it the EPF office. If you get no response then contact EPF officials. If still you face the problem and don't get your dues go to Consumer courts with all the form deposit proofs but after at least three months of lapse. more
Asha, 1 option: First try to get the UAN no and make activate with help your pf number after activation upload ur Aadhar & Pan & Bank detailes in UAn portal, then apply pf form no 19 & 10c uan based forms and apply directly to PF dept without concern of Employer. If any employee more than 60days unemployment withdraw you PF. 2option: if you are working with other company fill the Form 13 and submit to present employer they will take care. more
Ashaji, fir st you should raise your querry clearly. You left your employer in 2013 but it is not whether your are still in employment with another organisation. In case your are in employment with another organisation apply for transfer in that case the signature of previous employer is not necessary. If you are not in employment, you do the following : 1. First get your account linked to UAN No. 2. Fill up form 19 and 10C in duplicate and keep one photocopy with you, then submit them to your employer with a covering letter stating the reasons and obtain acknowledgement. ( you have to go personally and meet the persons concerned and insist for acknowlegement). I f they do not acknowledge send one more by Regd Post. 3. In case they did not sign and forward it to concerned EPFO take up again the matter with the Company MD or Chairman enclosing therewith a copy of the covering letter and acknowledgement received from your employer at the time of submitting your application. 4. Even then you did not hear from them, approach the Regiona, PF Commissioner with all the correspondence and apply through online. However, I have, strong belief, in case the dealing persons did not forward it, when you take up the matter higher authority in the organisation will definitely yield results. Nothing to worry yu will get all legitimate dues, but only takes time. more
