I need your advice regarding one complaint against bank - (BANK OF INDIA)
I was trying to withdraw cash from ATM on 13 March 2019 amount is 10,000 cash got deducted but not received. Did all complaints and mailed concerned department and visited branch too... but there is no satisfied response from their end.
its almost more then one month and I don't know that whats happening with my complaint. I was trying to withdraw that money for some emergency. Nobody is responding for complaint status.

1] Upon withdrawal of money from Own Bank ATM the customer receives SMS confirming transaction.
2] In case of other Bank ATM, own bank always advise to use own bank ATMs.
3] Transaction slips even if opted are most of the time not available because of NO PAPER.
4] In case of problem as faced by Sonali ji, because she tried to withdraw money at odd time (no-office working time) in emergency, she could not bring the matter to the knowledge of local controller of ATM with message to her own branch manger. I hope that she must have made another attempt to withdraw money and I am not clear about this action when she needed money in emergency. What happened to subsequent attempt(s).
5] Transparency is very hard in such matter but own Bank must respond sympathetically and logically.
