Raw haldi looks like a sister of ginger and it is available with vegetable vendor, grate some , boil it with water + milk and make your favorite beverage including tea, this is the purest way of consuming haldi. One can add grated ginger along with haldi +2 dates to 1L water and let water simmer on low fire for few minutes, If this concoction is kept overnight at room temperature, the effect of ginger-haldi-dates is more . Make your morning tea with this water and keep rest of water with extracts to be consumed with milk for rest of the day. more
