If your current employer is an exempted establishment, you can file fresh form with your employer together with proof (SSLC certificate, passport, etc); if your current PF is with PF authorities, you can send form through your employer together with proof; also you need to change in employees pension fund also. more

IT IS VERY SIMPLE IF THERE IS SPELLING DIFFERENCE IN NAME OR CORRECTION OF DATE BIRTH OR FATHER'S NAME CAN BE CHANGED .IF YOU WILL GO ON THE CHECK ELIGIBILITY PAGE TO EPF TRANSFER OR EPF WITHDRWN THEN IT WILL REFLECT THE MISTAKE AND THEN IT WILL SO THE MISTAKE AND CAN GENERATE A CORRECTION FARM .FILL THE CORRECT THINGS AND TAKE A PRINT AND THEN SEND IT TO CONCERNING EPFO. more
