Myntras forced deposit towards its credit

Ordered Something from Myntra. The delivery guy comes says OTP needed for a 500 rupee item which myntra never sent. Tried delivery twice and Failed to deliver and then cancelled the order. Myntra instead of refunding full amount to mode of payment decides to refund only 2/3rd to mode of payment and 1/3rd to its own credit account. This to me is being unable to deliver because of your messed up processes and then keeping consumers money forcefully. If I am shopping that same shirt from amazon can I pay with Myntra credit? No.

Does consumer dept have any policies that will prohibit ecom platforms from such practices? more

Lots of companies are doing this Frauds by Ecom is all time high ,Ajio Ecom is No 1 in cheating more  
There are lots of complaints against Myntras. Why not people avoid Myntras in placing orders. more  
everybody is looking for online shopping without knowing the anything. this only a passion no big deal. I know people used to sell products at very high rates than that of normal market price by just increasing the mrp and then discounting. Online Companies knows indians can be easily fooled by online business as there is no hard and fast complaint redressal system in government body. Go for ONLINE purchase and become a FOOL Customer. more  
This type of attitude of Myntra is totally unethical more  
Indian public, bloody idiots. Knowing well that this ONLINE business i s a torture, they still do that and shamelessly complaint when things go wrong. This is something not new. Regular feature and then their are people telling you to do this and that which is still worst practically. Earlier, people were so happy without this present day ONLINE scams. more
