Amycordial Syrup is not original in Market
I have been using this medicine for almost three
months but this time its taste was different. I was prescribed by the doctor. I think there is some problem in nacs-77-h batch. I also sent a mail to aimil pharmaceuticals and now they mailed me that they don't have this batch. I purchased it from different medical stores from Noida and Delhi. Can anyone provide me the right point of contact for this issue as this medicine is not original. The medicine is horrible in taste and equally harmful to human beings.

Mr. Iqbal Singh has rightly said that if you do not have proper bill of the purchase of medicine, you can not complaint any where. the chemist will out rightly refuse for the sale. more

I have filed the complaint on a online consumer form as of now... I cannot afford to go here and there with my small kids. I am doing my best to make awareness about this issue as much as possible. Keeping track with aimil pharma to resolve the issue. Trying to file a complaint in consumer court also. more

please file a complaint with the local Drug inspector/ Drug Controller's Office giving particulars of date and place of purchase the name of the shop while enclosing the company's email and the spurious drug would be seized and the manufacturer taken to task along with the erring chemist. You can silently get another bottle purchased from the same shop and seek a bill to make your case all the more strong. more

It is a lesson for one & all to get CASH RECEIPT (ENSURE THAT BATCH NO & EXPIRY DATE ARE PROPERLY MENTIONED) ON PURCHASE & KEEP IT SAFELY FOR SOME TIMES TO USE AGAINST SUCH HAPPENING. Once a cash receipt is obtained & is found "FAKE PRODUCT" IMMEDIATELY LODGE COMPLAINT ATTACHING XEROX COPY OF CASH RECEIPT). more
