My Bike is damaged and most of the parts are broken during Transfer
My Vehicle is broken and Damage by agarwal package and mover (DSR group), upon complaining they are not responding properly and denying to pay the damage cost. I have dropped several emails and called to customer desk but got no resolution. I have logged a complaint on consumer forum online, kindly suggest what should be the next step I should do. more
Ask packers and movers (DSL group) if they had the transit insurance done of the bike. Did they suggest you to take an insurance cover for the transit period< If not, they are responsible. Send them a notice asking all your questions under Speed Post and take same together with the response to the DF. more
Usually every transport makes Insurance, they declare approximate estimation of the goods and debit in the transit Insurance account,It will be surely paid for any damages.
First approach where it was loaded,if not properly treated give police complaint and proceed for claim.

Some time they send an online notice to them. Most of the time it is open state.
You need to file a case at consumer court. more
