Mask up. Mask. Mask. Mask. N95s or KN95s. Not the cloth or surgical ones. Outdoors you should be ok. Indoors with others you need to mask. Seriously. Just get in the habit. You don’t want to get this again & again. Your brain, heart, lungs, kidney, pancreas & liver will thank me. more

When alone one need not to wear mask. But in crowd one must wear it but do not over use the mask. During first three waves of Covid most of deaths might have been caused by lack of enough oxygen that might have proved fatal to already ailing persons and with low immunity. So wearing mask all the time is not the solution more
