Not Advisable to Recruit for Front-line Fighters Why so, Sarma , Sir ?? In IPS cadres, women-police are in the front-line to tackle women-criminals . Then, 'Nation India' should create an example for other Nations in the rest of the Globe by creating women-Army , Navy & Air Force of women-soldiers , Majors , Commanders and Army Chiefs exclusively . Indian women are physically and mentally competent . Example from Indian History gives us Jhansi Laxmi Bai of Agra ( Uttar Pradesh ) , Rani Rudrama Devi of Southern India , Manikarnika of Kashi ( Uttar Pradesh ) etc etc . more
The Bindings of Justified Fighting ENDED WITH Kings/Princes. So must protect Female from direct Battle . more

Yes, this is the currently bright prospectus for Indian women. Today the TV News says that the Indian Defence Ministry has formally declared its approval for permanent Commission for Indian Women in Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force Services. The same has already been available in Indian Police Services of the IPS. Also, Indian women are well-known and second to none in the World of Progressive Development shedding personal inhibitions or traditional hindrances. Our Central Government has come out with very many policies to promote the education of women in rural areas besides their growth economically in personal terms as well as social terms and conditions. Also, when religiously treated and presented, the Indian Women dominate the Indian Men just because the foundation-strength of the Hindu Religion is none else but the Adi Shakti Female Form bossing over the male trinity of Brahma, Vishnu and Sankar Forms. more
