Money Transfer Norms eased for Job Change

Thanks for your regular inputs via this circle. Based on your inputs, EPFO has eased the norms for those who want to transfer their PF deposits on change of jobs.

A new form No. 11, replacing the existing form has been made available. This new form contains a declaration by a person about his/her previous employment, KYC (know your customer) details etc. while taking up employment with a new organization.

This new declaration form also replaces Form 13 (for transfer of PF accumulations from one employer to another) where the existing member to the provident fund makes a request for transfer of his/her fund through the UAN facility.

UAN stands for Universal Account Number. It acts as an umbrella for the multiple member identification numbers allotted to an individual by different employers. The idea is to link multiple member identification numbers allotted to a single member under single UAN.

The members who have been allotted UAN and where KYC details have been digitally verified by the previous employers are not required to fill separate Form 13 for fund transfer.

Also, EPFO is looking to extend various online facilities like provident fund (PF) claim settlement and meeting of KYC norms to two lakh common service centres (CSCs). more

Dear Friends, I have some problem in Form 5 & Form 32, please help me out to solve the issue. 1. In Form 5 our company have 5 directors and in specimen column whose signature has to be take for filing the same. 2. Form 32 - how to upload the form 32 through online I want know. Dear Sir, My UAN No. is 100093293721 I had withdrawn my PF 2011-12 at the agde of 56 Years. I changed the employer & served with new employer up to retairement. My Previous EPFO was in Maharashtra -EPF acoount - KD/MAL/45805/000/010 My Current EPFO is at Himachalpardesh Shimla - EPF account No. - HP/SML/1863/000/763 I applied throgh Form 10 D to EPFO Malad/Kandivali Mumbait for transfer my Pension to current EPFO but by the mistake of their employee it was rejected, mentioning the region "Claim Settled". But it was not settled, the EPFO Malad/Kandiwali gave manual EPS Tranfer letter as the system is not accepting another clalim Form.[once it is rejected by their mistake] The Manual Letter has been submitted to EPFO Shimla but they have not accepted it, they insisting for only online tranfer. Some problems in UAN system: 1. The data as per EPF data base of previous employment differs with that of member data in new establishment. One can wonder even though KYC is uploaded by the previous employer such as Aadhar, PAN, the epfo is not rectifying its data as per the kyc documents. EPFO has make its system dynamic with the kyc documents uploaded, then the problem of data mismatch can not happen 2. most of the employees does not have Aadhar number, if EPFO can arrange facilitation center for Aadhar to medium/large organizations, it will help to goad the employees to obtain the Aadhar. As they can not take leave for obtaining Aadhar, as the faciliation centre is going to be held at employer promises more
