Mobile Dal Vans

Prices of dal are between 150-190 Rs. I recently read central govt has got mobile vans that are selling tuar dal at rs 120/kg. where to find such a van in Noida or Delhi? more

How many Kg. of dal you require in a year (or month)?  May be by habit you (& family) consume fairly good quantity... Tuar Dal and other dals are not digested easily... It is recommended to avoid (or restrict) its consumption, especially when this sort of high-price, etc. exists. So please search for alternatives..... for all such highly-priced (black-marketing, market-manipulation, etc. are the reasons) eatables...
