Misuse of societies for commercial purposes
These days many residential flats in societies and homes in residential colonies are being used for commercial activities like this Oyo guest house, classes, parlours, play schools.
What is the law in UP. How do we report such misuse of residential property and get Govt to take timely action. Most RWAs are big fail in such cases as they themselves got into these positions and a family member started such a business. more

Shalini Ji it is a kind of Support to Socities for self employment, UP State is not the only state , others are also implementing same for addressing employment crisis. more

The question of LAW....What law says? In current scenario "Those who are having power & money, they can do anything" . Residential area has become Commercial. Disturbing the residents as well as nuisance. There is NO parking area. People are parking vehicles on the main gate of residents. If you will tell them, they are trying to abuse you...Kahate hain: Road kya aap ke BAAP kee hai? OYO Guest house is a registered ADDAA of Scandals....Parlours...Paan Shops etc are also ... Govt has to do the clear cut demarcation of Residential & Commercial. If it has defined then why not being followed ? It means SARKARI TANTRA is also involved in it............ more
