Have media do the work of it. Again it is not Govt. job to take care of this. Stop spending peoples money. more
While TV commercials to be monitored by govt departments and govt should formulate a campaign which should be run on private channels too and not only Doordarshan. Campaign can be as simple as parents encouraging children to help in household activities depending upon their age. This itself will restrict children from sitting in one place. Also show family outings to some park or open areas, which shall be govt sponsored so that there is no entry fees etc. This would also reduce obesity and also encourage bonding in the nuclear families and also children get to learn team work. It will bring overall development for the child and the family. TV campaigns should show all these so that the parents are educated and encouraged with such inexpensive methods of child well-being more
Govt's. "Jago grahak jago" Department can look after these fake advt. There should be a monitoring body who play a role of watch dog and save public from these cheats. There should be some filtering system ie, TV channles, News dailies etc should have some sort of veryfication methods prior to publication of fake advt. more
