Flipkart, after embarrassing themselves not to give me the promised discount of Rs 2000 advertised through NDTV news for sale of Samsung Galaxy On Max, has found a technique to make them appear formally correct. They ring me with a phone no and when I press 'talk' button, I do not hear anything, but next moment I receive a SMS saying I was not available in telephone. This is in addition to the other method of sending me an SMS against my complaint that my issue is resolved although nothing has been resolved.
Copying this to friends and Amazon for information. Flipkart/Samsung is more concerned in saving Rs 2000 than their reputation.
So just request received different products... And your problem will be solved more
Same experience has happened wth me, no price tag or brand name... more
