Misguided by Flipkart

I ordered a product from flipkart.com and it was delivered on time when i opened it i realised that i had ordered pack of 6 and got only 5 pieces and these 5 pieces were just tied with the rubber band and was packed in flipkart package also there was no brand name or price tag on it so i called flipkart and requested replacement and the delivery boy came and rejected my product saying that there is no price tag or brand name on the product so i just called flipkart and told my problem that there is no brand name or tag on the product the representative said that dont worry next time the delivery boy will pick your product even if there is no brand name or tag i said ok and again the delivery boy came and rejected my product like this i faced the problem for 3 times so requested flipkart to return my money but now also even the delay was from their side they had denied my request for refund saying that the product should have brand name and mrp tag how can i give it if the product i received initially does not have it more

I had the similar bitter experience with Flipkart when I purchased Samsung mobile more than a year back. Some times we fail to follow the procedures in e commerce platforms and end up in troubles. However from my experience in ordering products I have reasons to believe that many unscrupulous vendors use even Flipkart platform to dupe unaware customers. more  
In any online order never request for replacement. Request for return and refund. You will not face this problem. Before buying please check return policy (some products are non returnable , some are with seven days return policy , some are with 14 days) more  
All highly educated illtrates are been appointed those only work like the software is been set... No other languages they accept... So just request received different products... And your problem will be solved more  
Suggested: go to your order details and reinitiate refund. In reason column choose options, that "different product received as ordered" irrespective of your any genuine reason like product size or specifications or price or etc... And the very next 2 days your order will be refund. Same experience has happened wth me, no price tag or brand name... more
