Sub: Complain against fraud transaction on my credit card claiming SBI Credit Card Division and do not debit the fraud transaction amount from my credit Card as per the complaint to your Ms. Abiramani (under reference number 0133454773819). And they are claiming with the help of SBI Card people they are cheating and looting innocent SBI Card holders of the country. Dear Sir/Madam, Today (11-12-2014) while I am in a conference received a call from +918459810543 claiming calling from Credit Card Verification Department of SBI Credit Card, followed by sms stating and quote,”OTP for trxn.on Grit Edu_Pay TM for INR 8750.00 on SBI Card no. 6621 is 264779.This OTP is valid for 10 min only. Do not share it with anyone”(this is from VM-SBICRD).followed by calls from 8459810543 call time 11.03.30 duration of call 1.46 minutes,9210168094 at 11.29.18 call duration 5.37 minutes,8459810222 at 12.08.06 call duration 0.48 minutes and missed call 9210168094 at 11.17.34,then received a message(sms) from you stating and to quote, “Transaction of Rs.8,750 made on SBI Credit Card XX6621 at Grit Edu,Pay TM on 11 Dec 14”(BW-SBICRD),then immediately spoke to one madam Abiramani OF sbi Credit Card on toll free number 1860 180 1290 at 11:50:00 am from my land line number 06742744555 and explained all the details and she told the said amount being debited from my credit card and I have to pay for it. I was surprised and shocked how without any transaction Rs.8750.00 being debited and I have to pay for it and how could I know which is the genuine telephone number and sms and who the genuine people are and why for SBI Credit card I use to receive such calls and not for my other five credit cards. Then she told you write to Head, SBI Card(chargeback@sbicard.com) stating all the details so that the amount can be credited while talking to Abiramani I received a call from same number of Delhi 8459810222 and Ms Abiramani heard the voice of the call and the discussion. As such I will report to President of India, police, press, Governor Reserve Bank of India, Chairman: SBI, Finance Minister, Prime Minister and Chief Justice of India,CBI stating why on SBI Credit Card such malicious, fraud, fake calls are coming and why not on other cards and who is the GRIT Edu of Delhi claiming part of SBI card, kindly verify all the details and revert back the debit amount of Rs.8750.00 to my Credit Card Account and confirm all the details. As such I will claim compensation for the mental and physical harassment in due course. That at 12:54:34pm I made a call to them on 9210168094 and call duration 7.42 minutes, and asking them who are you and how you taken away my money of Rs.8750.00 without any transaction and purchase still they are claiming to upgrade my card to Platinum and that is why they blocked the amount and I have not to pay anything and the new Platinum credit card will be issued within 5 days, then who is correct? Further the lady told who is Abaramani of SBI Credit Card to whom I Spoke at 11.50 am over toll free number 1860 180 1290.Please do something to stop mental harassment, financial and time loss of Credit Card holders or else please stop Credit card business to check/stop fraud and scam on SBI Credit Cards. In the meantime got sms from your SBI card stating and quote, “Dear Card Holder as per your request, we have blocked your SBI card ending 6621-SBI Cards. Please don’t issue debit note for the said fraud transaction as such I am not going to pay for the fraud and malicious transaction claiming SBI Card Verification Department. That since from 11th December,2014 I am in great trouble due to the fraudulent transaction and could not get sleep till date 15-12-2014,for that who will compensate my physical,mental,financial loss? Awaiting your quick/prompt reply without any financial loss to me. Today that is 11-12-2014,when I was in a meeting received several calls from mobile number 8459810543, 9210168094, 8459810222 & 7532020254 followed by sms in the name of SBI Card verification Department and while attending the calls some ladies told SBI Card will be upgrade from Gold card to Platinum card and for that I have to confirm the SMS and to quote the sms,”OTP for trxn.on Grit Edu_Pay TM for INR 8750.00 on SBI Card no.6621 is 264779.This OTP is valid for 10 min only, Do Not share it with any one(sms received at 11:26:04 am ), before going details about the said sms received another sms and to quote,” , “Transaction of Rs.8,750 made on SBI Credit Card XX6621 at Grit Edu,Pay TM on 11 Dec 14”(time of sms 11-2705 am),immediate after receipt of the said sms contacted your office from my land line number 06742744555 and talked to Ms Ambiramani on your toll free number 1860 180 1290 under reference 0133454773819 and wanted to know whether the above three mobile numbers and sms are of SBI Card but she said no, however told Rs.8750.00 being debited from SBI Card Account, hearting to note she told they cannot do anything on this fraud transaction, then asked her how without receiving the bill SBI Card made the payment within 30 minutes, that means there is some wrong in it, then after she blocked the card and advised to inform CBI,SBI and RBI about it, then after leaving all my important assignments and launch/food started contacting Officials of CBI,RBI,Delhi police, Prime minister’s Office and Finance Minister’s office and sent hundreds of emails again at 6:42:45 pm made a call to SBI Card over Toll free number 1860 180 1290 and talked to Mr.Krishna from my mobile number 9437004660 and talked for 13:50 minutes and asked him how they allowed such fraud merchant like Grit Edu,Pay TM, when they cheated hundreds/thousands of card holders and asked him to give the details of the fraud merchant which he refused to give, then found from the website that the said fraud merchant cheated hundreds of SBI Card holders and some of the card holders details given above and from all card holders account debited/taken same amount of Rs.8750.00,that means the said fraud merchant is having link with the officials of SBI Card and may be with the knowledge of some SBI Card people they collected the datas like card number, mobile number and pass word/PIN.I like to clarify some of my doubts from you(1)How the fraud merchant Grit Edu,Pay TM know the mobile number, Card number and PIN of the card holders?(2)Why it is happening only in case of SBI Card holders ?(3)Is it a fact the office of the fraud Grit Edu,Pay TM somewhere near to SBI Card Office?(4)Who stopped SBI Card Officials to inform CBI for criminal action to stop such fraud instead of asking the Card holder to complain to CBI?(5) How without the nexus of SBI Card Officials the fraud Grit got the number of card and mobile and PIN of the card holder? I suffered a lot due the said fraud transaction both mentally and financially, therefore it would better immediately resolve the dispute and credit the amount of Rs.8750 to my card account, otherwise will not clear the November bill and wait up to the finalisation of the dispute and claim suitable compensate for the mental torture/harassment. The whole worlod of middlemen arose because of the Licence Raj of the 60's and 70's. The politicians have exploited the public to the hilt by introducing laws and amendemnts which suit their requirements and which can create maximum confusion in the minds of the people. Unless we have laws that are simple, not VERBOSE like the judgements of many judges who wish to show off their control over english "meddlemen" will never die out. Let us make any law exteremely simple as we are a Republis and an Independent nation. The laws which were developed by the British were to control an empire and we continued with them as most of our lawyers came out of the British law schools. Let us amke a new beginning. The Modi Governrment has consigned nearly 350 laws to the dustbin; let us make laws easier for an Indian to understand. In these days of Computers and digitail age the simplification can be made easily. We should see to that human intervention should be the least in India as we are a myriad of cultures and thoughts and this may bar a genuine understanding of the law and may lead to confusion and further inerpretations. Thr rural people are the most exploited. Let us give them the laws that they can understand and that they are capable of being followed. Eg: In the new Companies Act it has been introduced that every Director of a Company SHOULD have an E_MAIL/ FAX/and Cell phone number!! Does it mean that an individual who does not have these is incapable of being a Director in a Comapny? The maximum number of frauds have been committed by the supposedly "Educated" whoi are out of Ivy league CLUBS - INSTITUTIONS! Policemen also do not know the Law and they Bully the public as the PUBLIC are ALSO UNAWARE of the Law!! Unless the laws are made simpler MIDDLEMEN will never cease to exist. more  
Hell Sir, I am from Udaipur (Rajasthan), I have apply for a passport for my wife through PASSPORT CAMP held on 29th & 30th November 2014. On 23rd Nov. 2014 they have open the appointments for 29th Nov. at noon 13:00, I have tried on fix time, but within seconds (5 to 10 seconds), all appointments booked, there for our request was rejected, I have talk to customer care on 18002581800, they suggest me to try again on 26th Nov. @ 13:00 for booking on 30th Nov.2014, the case goes again on same track, all appointments booked with in 2 to 5 seconds. In news paper of 26th Nov. 2014 (Rajasthan Patrika) there was a news regarding MIDDLE-MEN in passport applying system. I feel very strongly, the system is completely HI-JACKED by these MIDDLE-MEN, you can't do anything without them, I have search for & found that if you can pay INR 3000.00 instead of INR 1500.00 (The Fee for passport), you can have a appointment. So we can say COMPLETE GOVERNMENTS SECTORS ARE HI-JACKED by MIDDLE-MEN, they are BIG BARRIERS on the road to P.M. MODI's DREAM INDIA. more
