Micromax and their TV service centers are looting people. All Micromax TV comes with 3 year warranty. But the quality of TV is very cheap and the TV requires repair many time in an year. The Micromax TV service center is pathetic. They do not have required parts with them. For even a small part they take 7 to 8 days. Every time they ask for money like service charge, transportation charge, etc. My TV is out service for last 45 days but no technician is able to repair TV. Consumers beware of cheap Micromax, its really very cheap. more

The main prob is that we want very good material at lowest price. The result will be like this. more  
This is so common feature of any cheap products, one should n't get surprised, if one set is working well, it is shear good luck. Service center is ill equipped as no skilled mechanic is placed in such service center. It's always better to purchase branded products and risk is low, but service is not well assured as company claims. I am sharing from experience in last 10years. more  
I would recommend people to go for standard brands which have experience and expertise in Television Manufacturing like: Samsung, Panasonic, ONIDA,VU (Chroma),Sony...etc. Don't experiment with New Market entrants especially Mobile Manufacturers...when even their mobiles are not of quality and class, how do you expect them to give you a television set with latest feature which works? more  
There are no TV mechanic available in the market, except the service center of selected companies. The quality of product is deteriorating day by day due to competition in the rate. more  
I got a 43" Micromax LED TV in the first week of October,2016 through Amazon. The set is performing well without any kind of disturbances. more
