Mi India - Clearly case of heating to customers by not delivering correct product.
Ordered Mi Band 3 online , but its delivered with out charging cable. When complained to Customer care , they logged a case id and after 5 days closed by saying product delivered in intact condition. This is clear case of cheating to customer. With out charger product is useless for me. Not sure what to do now. Any suggestion from any one please let me know. more

It is not expected from Mi India. They should take it as an exception and supply the charging cable. more
Please publish this cheat/fraud in all social media, press & other media which are accessed by public in large. Also file a complaint in local consumer court. Post all these copies in Mi.com site. I opine this should evince favourable result to you. more

Why to seek advice, failed to understand when you people will learn from other mistakes? This is a common phenomena now a days refarding fraudlent practices of online marketing system. It has been advised repeatedly to purchase such item from authorised dealer or local store, who takes responsibility any lapse. anyhow, everyone has his choice, now no option other than asking for replacement/refund. more
Dear Chandan Saha , Even though ordered from MI.com , they delivered the product with out charging cable. Worst part Mi still defending by saying product delivered in intact condition which is not true. more
