Met fraud online company ,
I booked some flowers chocolate n greeting card on FLABERRY (Online flower booking site) for my husband on 3 Feb and mentioned delivery date 14 Feb , before booking I confirmed the delivery area. It's pre paid booking, but on 14 Feb they didn't delivered the order not even they contact me . I mailed them but no response , phn no. is auto answering . They ate my money , after long try today I wrote grivience .
It's my request FLABERRY is a fraud company please don't do shopping on FLABERRY. more

can we change our approach to stop such frauds?
we should ring the person and talk to him instead of sending cards.
we should purchase any gift personally and either give them personally by visiting them or send it by govt. postal service? more
I do not think so. Rather than getting away from these service I believe we should fix them. We should work to strengthen the system and check mechanism. A person has to opt for these service for their convenience. Not every service is like this. more

What is the responsibility of regulating agency?Probably our laws are very weak and hence suppliers are least scared of any action. more
