Entry gate at T3 airport requires at least 20 minutes at peak time. Further the scene at security check is very crowded. There sometimes you stuck up for another 30 minutes. If your boarding gate is far, you need another 25 minutes to walk down and catch flight. more
Yes, I do agree, there is a huge chaos at T-2 & T-3 at access point at peak time as well as security check. Due to privatisation, paid service at every point is visible. It's now important to improve the requisite facilities once Air port is imposing tax even on domestic travellers along with other charges. No doubt, it makes one traveller to feel to reach 2-3 hours earlier thus chaos is everywhere. more
Had similar experience on T3 on 27th early morning. Despite reaching at 4:15 AM for 6:00 AM flight, I could reach gate 56 , just by 5:30 AM. it took 75 mins to clear all processes. 15 -20 mins outside Airport, 2 mins to Drop Bag, 45 mins at Security ( where more than 20-25 ppl jumped Queue as they were late) and 15 mins to Gate 56. Its worse situation. more
This is the best efficient way adopted to mange the crowd and it's the most crowded terminal and security always will take time of its own. Do have some spare time while catching a flight. more
