Meru Cabs

I have booked meru cab service on 11th April, 2015 for picking my wife from surat railway station to my home at 11.00 PM. My wife has waited for around 30 minutes for cab . Time was also of around 11.00 PM. We have booked meru cabs because of its trustworthy service including drivers. This is one type of mental harassment when lady has to travel alone though we have booked your service.
Booking ID- 38023542 ( Driver Mr. Dharmendra Bharuchi-9825521570), but he was not came in time (11.00 PM Surat Railway Station). He came at around 11.20 PM and told this is the time allocated to him.
When customer is late, they are charging waiting charge, if they are not coming/late they are denying to give compensation.

Please circulate it in such a manner that Meru cab has to solve problem more

Similar incident happened by Genie cabs (Merucabs twin).Booked 10 hours before ,accepted the booking but does not report but they send a msg half hour before that they have no vehicle now and will send costly vehicle from another category if you want at this time .I was desperate as we had booked the travel.I said yes and we got a old delapitated vehicle in the last minute charging more .After returning from the journey,upon complaining as to how you accepted booking in advance 10 hours before and you did not keep up the promise .They just said sorry will not be repeated .But their attitude was just opurtunistic..They are unreliable for me as a customer . more  
I paid Good - bye to Tata Sky for the same reason and switched to Free Dish after waiting for 3 months. Pathetic Services! more  
I am regular user of these cabs like OLA /Meru
I have three incident to share
1. I booked cab meru from N Delhi to Noida on 17th April 15 while issue the trip receipt the Rs. 60/- Conveyance charge has been levied.
2. In return on 18th April 15 I took Meru cab from Noida to N. Delhi railway station the again Rs 60/ Coveyance cahrge has been collected.
3. I took OLA CAB in Mumbai the are cahrging peak time levy.

ARE such levies allowed by the RTO ??

Suitable action needs to be taken by RTO of respective states.
These cab operators are chaeting the customers.
Strict action needs to be taken. more  
I rarely use cabs, when I used meru genie twice, driver was rude and service was bad. Prefer auto than cab more  
I have also received answer like Mr. Krishnan, but no financial settlement like him.. According to me, this type of discussion should reach to company, so that we can get justice. more
