Medlife nevligence

Online companies, like Medlife which supply allopathic, Ayurvedic and other medicines , have no system to directly communicate with client.assure till last moment, and ship order by writing out of stock.deliver that medicines, which are every where available, and miss important ones.
To day, when I opened parcel of medlife , order no 004A, received medicines, surprised and shocked, that medicines ordered byme are not there.
It is some ones order , kept in my parcel box.
It's Corona time, raining, how to go to medical store.
All medicines , I ordered were for cold, cough, painkillers,etc.
No one is responding on phone.
Service center is busy.mail address care@ medlife gives automated answers.
What client can do .
Govt should audit their systems,
New strict guidelines be given to them. more

Comments in the LOCAL CIRCLE has opened my eyes too. I am a customer of Medlife and facing the same problem as voiced by others. I`ll stop ordering Medlife for my medicin requirement more  
After receiving "out of stock" replies for almost all the times, I have stopped buying online medicines and am satisfied with the 10% discount offered. Some advantages are that if there is a mistake in quantity from my side he is helpful in rectifying it. Also I send my list of medicines request on whatsApp and visit him only on confirmation of availabilty from him. Payment is made by card. more  
I order my medicines through Pharm easy . They are prompt in supply . What I like best is they specify 2 /3 days time for delivery and do it a day earlier. Probably the procuring time .As long as we maintain an inventry for regular medication things will go smooth . I alway go for COD (cash on Delivery) as there is no guarantee that all medicines ordered will be available or specific brands will be available . On line bill payment is done to the A/C departmennt . By the time the order goes to the despatch /suppy department ,some products might have been supplied to other customers. They dont have the type of time to report and get feed back ; so keep the unsupplied products pending till stocks come . Then of course there is the problem of minimum order for free supply . So the best is COD (the invoice is attached with the parcel ), pay the amount in cash if every thing is ok . What is left out buy physically from the shop. more
