Maruti sold refurbished Maruti car in the disguise of a new car and that too from an authorized -reg

I am running pillar to post to get my issue settled - I am still not able to recover from the shock of being sold a refurbished Maruti car in the disguise of a new car and that too from an authorized dealer recognized by the likes of Maruti. Neither dealer is ready to solve issue nor is Ms.Maruti ready to solve my issue. After hardship for seven months, I finally registered a complain at Centralized Public Grievance Redress And Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) , hoping that at least now Ms.Maruti or someone would address my issue amicably. Please note that the complaint number at CPGRAMS is 1567559.
Anxiously looking forward to a solution more

Lodge a complaint with police for FIR. Also check details of Registration No. as to tally with Chasis No/Eng. No. more  
You can comment in social media,press,news channel or companies site etc.Even letter to the Editor in leading News paper will help you. more  
If Nothing work then media is best to raise the issue like ABP News Ganti Bajao more  
Maruti must address the issue, whatever the outcome will be. Muruti must be punished for not attending the customer complaint. This is required for setting the standard/bench mark. By not addresing the issue they are becoming a bad example to others. more  
I agree a consumer court can be helpful you can even complain as a cheating criminal case in a police station also more
