Very well presented information. More people will be able to take benefits if only symptoms,remedies and precautions are summarised in English,Hindi and Regional language if objective is to benefit people and not just to observe formalities. more  
Posting such long "thesis-like" governmental guidelines appears to be asking for a bit too much, if I may say so. Of more practical help would be to summarise the guidelines into a few points, especially on the points that directly concern the public at large. Health workers would get these anyway. more
