A NEW SCHEME TO POPULARISE Modi Government is suggested here. Gram Panchayat,s SARPANCH may be given direct funds from CENTRAL GOVT to sponsor a few pair of aged persons in his / her village , A FREE PILIGRIMAGE TO VARANASI , - KASHI, by train . And such scheme may be called as SHRAVANAKUMAR SCHEME by Indian Railways, In our mythology the name of Shravan kumar is noted for his desire to take his blind parents to piligrimage. The piligrims should also be assisted by a helper and food and medicine also while in tour more
The following points are vital for Railways,- 1. Slowly increase the passenger Fairs to at least to a sustainable limit Pl don't increase Frieight charges. This is to end subisidised travel & ipmrove goods movement 2. Maxmise Earnings from other Sources(ADV,Property Lease etc). 3. Improve railway infra struture which is needed for Safety. 4. more digitisation to tackle corruption ,widely prevailing in Railways. more
