"Making Make in India successful"

1. Define states that qualify for Make in India program based on a common criteria
2. Urgently implement a structure with atleast 2 qualified Make in India states where a Foreign/Indian Company can start manufacturing in less than 6 months from registration to production
3. The bureaucratic hurdles should be removed through a time bound delivery and computerised single-window clearance system for licenses and approvals in these states
4. Enable a mechanism that allows a Foreign/Indian company to approach Make in India office that hand holds them through the state system to ensure zero bottlenecks
5. Select companies that qualify for Make in India program to ensure high success probability
6. Tie the performance evaluation of Make in India team and the top state bureaucrats directly to timelines and delivery of these new private manufacturing initiatives
7. For ongoing issues, a Make in India State office should be established under the leadership of the Chief Minister of Make in India states to ensure these manufacturing businesses have no hassles
8. Availability of infrastructure like electricity, land, transportation, high speed internet, workforce skill centers etc. should be ensured by the states
9. Indian companies that qualify for Make in India company should have access to faster and easier loans from banks/Government institutions more

Make in India Plan Is really wonderful, One factor that will Remain challenging is employ-ability of youth. It will be very difficult to have bright technical personnel. more
Labour departments and unions should be involved too, to provide ready labor to the companies interested in the Make in India campaign. Also, we need to upgrade vocational trainings for our labor to perform well for the success of this initiative. more
I feel, the top most priority of the above 9 points is to identify what production needs to be given priority in India. Above all, we also need to have a production balance in the system. Indigenous Produces, getting exhausted / consumed in the country itself or is still in short supply, should not be opened for other countries to make in India. Products, where we lack efficiency / technology needs to be given priority. Its the country's interest first, rather than an economical need. more

In order to make India a successful country first make its citizens responsible Indians. Assign duties and responsibilities to each and every citizen of this country according to their skill and qualifications. Accountability should be there for each rupee spending out of taxpayers money. more
