Make restaurant menu display mandatory on zomato swiggy apps
If the Govt has any care for consumers who are getting overcharged by likes of zomato swiggys of the world they should make display of restaurant (dine in) menu mandatory on these apps.

Dunzo delivery is very costly one. They delivery any thing from produce point to consumer point and they charge based on the km distance. This calculation of KM distance is no one's apprehension. Hence when we place some tiffin item from a Restaurant who use this Dunzo for their parcel delivery for a food pocket costing about 90 rupees, the Dunzo charge delivery charge of Rs.90 or 110/- thus making our eyes coming out. For daily purchase of tiffin and meal from such Restaurant, we have to shell out heavily for Dunzo agencies. more

Nothing comes for free in this world, except Govt. freebies. If in a metro or a big city, the company is charging delivery charges of Rs.100-150/pack, it is not exorbitant. After all the cost of petrol and salary of delivery boy has to be taken care of. If a person opts to go to a Food Joint, he will have to spend extra money on conveyance and wastage of time of about 2 hours. However, the companies should display the cost of food inclusive of taxes and delivery charges separately. more

Yes very much needed for consumer protection Moreover, the delivery boys must be without shabby looks, in in neat a clean appearance as well as must have regular health check up. The bag they carry is also most of the time dirty, can't "ZOMATO" provide them cleaned bags? One more issue, recently ordered on pack of icecream, on the box it was written, buy one get one free, whereas there was only one pack . Don't know whether it was removed from the box that he delivered or charged full amount n delivered only one pack.How to ascertain such ? more
