lost my payslips and the PF number

I was working for concentrix bpo in the year 2011-12 , but unfortunately I lost my payslips and hence the PF account number along with it, how can I withdraw the PF amount from my concentrix PF account, please advice, will be greatly obliged. more

HIII... CONTACTING BPO OR HR PERSON WILL IT BE REALLY WORTH IN CASE EMPLOYEE HAS ALLREADY RESIGN AND LEFT THE COMPANY. THE ONLY DOCUMENTS EMPLOYEE HAVING IS PAY SLIP. CONTACTING EPFO MAY SERVE THE ISSUE IF PROBLEM WILL BE ADDRESED BY EPFO TO OLD EMPLOYER.. more

IN CASE PF DEDUCTED AND NOT DEPOSITED BY EMPLOYER. YOU MAY CONTACT YOUR RESPECTIVE REGIONAL PF OFFICE OR C WITH PROOF OF WORKING more
