There is massive loot going on by Ola. A 400 rupees ride on republic day in early hours 5 am is being charged at 750.

There was survey done by localcircles on this. Who is the acting authority???

There has to be some working grievance redressal system. more
Ola does behave as a dictator, there is no way to communicate with them . Fares are so variable and one pays through its nose .it was to be an affordable system but no longer There has to be a proper grievance redressal system . ONLY THE GOVT CAN SET IT RIGHT more
1) Many a times non availability 2) Surge pricing 3)Compelling for cancellation are main reasons. more
Ola had given subsidized transport solution during initial days. Now they are recovering those shortfalls. The average pricing is much above the advertised Rs. 10/- per Km. In case of Autos, one finds an auto on the roadside charges much less than what ola offers. The immediate solution is that the customers collectively boycott Ola till it comes to senses. The other solution is that more competitors are introduced by Govt. so that the fair pricing is determined by the market. more
Ola is also not taking any action against its Drivers who are not reporting to the passengers in time and also cancelling the rides whenever they feel like. These very Drivers are then blaming the passengers for cancelling the rides and Ola puts cancellation charges of Rs.75/- on the passengers. As such, it would be in Ola's own interest to take up this issue seriously to retain their competency. more
