I have also got a bill of Re 4096/ without any notification while in USA. I have not used my mobile for any call outgoing or incoming. I have written to the customer care and I have been told that my data service has been activated and I have used unknowingly. What a nonsense joke Airtel is going to cheat thier customers. more

Thanks that you got the BILL. Incidents wherein without any intimations the Services are disconnected and there will be recorded message to opt for appropriate plan as prevailing plan is NOT prevailing from some back date. It is Not only look but forced to opt another plan & forget all your earlier money, because it is your urgency compelling you to do so, more

I also experienced the same. I took one Airtel Post Paid Sim card for my daughter. Before taking they told many sweet words whch were proved to be false promises they made. Every month we are paying bill ranging from 996 to 350 without using it. I could not understand how it is possible? Now we are going to surrender it. more

They are cheating and the regulator is not bothered about it. They collected a refundable deposit of ₹300 in cash from me. After many years of indifferent service, I discontinued their service. When I demanded the refund of ₹300 they asked me to collect it from the agent where it was deposited and when I went to him, he, in turn, told me to collect it from Mr. Sunil Mittal no less as the money has gone to him!! After many months of correspondence and visit from Airtel team and complaining to TRAI I still have not received it back... I have the copies of correspondence but there is no one to look it up in TRAI either more

I activated IR for my travel to US, on my AirTel phone. However, it did not work with A T & T network, which was what was recommended. I wanted to only receive OTPs sent by my bank for online transactions. There was no signal at all and yet I received a bill of almost 2000/. more
