We need to discuss what is the point at which state lockdown is done 20,000 cases or 60,000 cases or in between somewhere? more

There should be no lockdown, only strict enforcement and fines. People do not listen to voice of reason, they are not babes in arms. more

I think instead of seeking lockdown ..self discipline and else forced discipline is critical to contain the spread more
