LOCKDOWN ISSUES IN DELHI

I would like to know about the following:-

1. Is there a govt order Delhi or Central to pay full salaries to domestic maid during lockdown?

2. If a housing society allows them to come and work inside is there a restriction imposed by govt that one maid will work only in one flat?

please inform me on this. It will be appreciated if a copy of the order if available can be attached. more

Why specific government order? It was a guideline under Covid-19 pandemic. more
As per my knowledge, there was no specific instruction not to allow maid servants to do domestic works. PM appealed to pay salary but corporate world already declared the pay cut, govt. itself is deducting a part of the salary and transfer to a specific fund, besides DA relief is temporarily suspended. Then why people are not on service to be paid when people are on full time duty, not getting full salary. It's the Govt. should now clarify it. How a Govt. can appeal so when Govt. is unable to execute. RWA took the decision without consulting the stakeholders and gave the dictum whimgically. There should be an appropriate plan to allow the accessabilty of maids in a staggered format and alternate days instead of total ban. more
There are NO restrictions by Delhi Govt. RWAs are playing unduly and unwarranted dirty role; pls ref to special letter issued by Manish Sisodia, Chief Secy, and even news cutting. In my case, I persuaded with Govt., got full support and am done. https://epaper.hindustantimes.com/Home/MShareArticle?OrgId=4edde4e0 more
As far as I know, there is no specific government order on this issue. There is a general appeal by PM for giving salary to your workers in this difficult time. I think it is left to the individuals. Similarly, one maid working in one house may also be regulation of the society, not of government. more
