Local travel in Telangana
In Mumbai and Chennai senior citizens have certain privileges. In local buses senior citizens travel free. While in Mumbai they are given a pass to travel by BEST buses free of cost in Chennai they are given a few free tickets which can be used in the month. Can Telangana state also provide such facilities more

perhaps all our views are read may be discarded but we do know one day even they wud become old and aged and then they wud remember our articles in the local circles that is if they have time to remember............they wud repent that they shud have given heed to our voice and done something when they had power.. .carry on gentlemen army we are right in everything we say. more

Central Govt should pass a bill to provide such privileges to Senior Citizens and physically handicapped . Hope our Modi government take necessary action as early as possible. Sudhakar foujibhai. Hyderabad. more

Not only senior Citizens but also Physically disabled to be helped - Only interested Persons should apply and get such cards to get needed concession more

they should have been provided a long time ago.yes Mumbai even the buses know where they should stop not like Hyderabad where in at Mehdipattnam without any reason the buses stop and when there is another bus or vehicle ahead they start honking without any reason. the bus drivers in mumbai go through a safety driving course do they do it in Hyderabad? they are taught the etiquette of everything concerned with driving they even check the old men n women on buses if they are seated.suck a practice has never struck the authorities in Hyderabad . the old will be always old for Hyderabad a city which needs to wake up where transport buses r called for. what a shame this city cant afford refresher courses for drivers and ticket collectors but boasts on its roads driving and drivers talking on ear phones when driving in the bus. no standard of realization yet that the old men n women have to be given first preference in anything more
