ligament tear

Hi , I have ligament tear in my right leg around 3 places, ACL - partial tear, medial collateral ligament grade 2 to 3, and lateral collateral ligament tear. I have gone through 5 days of physio, but not much of a help, I want to recover from these injuries, please, suggest a good treament . Thank you. Regards,

Dear Mr. Ramakrishna: I start affirming I am no doctor or physio or any qualified one to preach or teach. Mother to and of all problems and remedies are all pranayamas. They are seven in number to be practiced daily. Start with 10 15 mnts for first month then slowly increase timings to each pranayama for 10mnts. Results will be miraculous and unbelievable. Do this as religious dictate. Mundane and firm faith and belief of +50years. All and any problem in the system is the creation and generation within. They do send messages which we mortals are incapable to catch, understand or act upon. When they manifest they are assigned a name in the modern system. I am not an antagonist of modern science and system, but we unfortunately turn a blind eye to our super rich systems that have survived thousands of centuries. Start with kapalbhati. Then bhastrika (kumbhal and rechak), in the same do tribandh. Then anulom vilom, in the same purak kumbhak and rechak. Whole doing purak kumbhak and rechak maintain 1, 4, 2 ratio. Fourth bhramari. Fifth sheetali, sixth Singh asan. You will have all round system improvement. Forget the problem or decease they will automatically get addressed. Pranayam regulates heart and blood circulation just as the body and system requires as per age. When blood flow is normal, mental agitation is in control, all metabolism gets in place. All dysfunctions start functioning. Depending upon seriousness of the underlying problem and other associated conditions recovery time may vary. If you can get some experienced tutor nothing will be better than that. Follow up with exercises stretching and pulling judiciously and slowly but confidently. You will see the change to be believed. Use some "tailas" like narayani, pedaantak, Lal Tel etc. They will help you in speedy recovery. Skin will also be fresh and energetic and prevent scaling and dryness. I use my own preparation of home made one and do not use moisturisers even in Delhi weather. It needs efforts and application. All the best in your endeavours and new venture. my number 9886020148. thank you all for your inputs I have consulted the ortho, and asked me to physio, then I went to local bone setters, like KAAYANGADI PAAPANNA CLINIC where they apply paste wrap it. My pain subsided on the first day itself, and now it subsided very much. But, I want to help it heal properly so that I can do quick moments and participate in sports again. Earlier, I was unable to climb stairs now I am able to climb not very swift though more
