The MRP of the product side by side refrigerator 687 litres has not been reduced even after 6 months of rate reduction from 28 to 18%
M/S cloud tail india pvt ltd which is seller and not responsible for mrp is selling it for 2000 more now.
Brands are profiteering here and authorities should get active otherwise we will never see any benefits. more

frankly when theGSt tariffs are brought down then together with it the dates also need to be mentioned and also the punishment and grievances by the customer to whom it need to be addressed since lot of companies try to cheat the customers. more

Production month of that refrigerator if it is produced during 28 GST period then it is not possible to sell at 18 percent GST more

I hope the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Revenue-GST) takes note of your posting and take appropriate action. He may consider talking over the issue with the CBDT/CBEC people. more
