In 1983 Justice Desai J confined that 'Rules of Natural Justice owed their origin to ethical and moral Code is there any doubt that they have become the integral and inseparable parts of Rule of Law which any Civilised Society is proud of ? . Last year, 2018 SC Confined that 'Justice, Morality and Goodness is the Policy of Justice ' . BUT NONE OF LAW MAKERS, LAW AND ORDER, LAW AND JUSTICE REALIZED ALL THESE DECADES. Thus Justified Rule and Justice In the Country had since 1963 been diversified. ARTICLE 19 TO BE REDRESSED. ARTICLE 14 , 21 , TO BE DEFINED COMPREHENSIVELY . Articles 15 (4) , 16 (4) , 37, 338 alongwith Schedule 7 must be Amended to Mandate strict enforcement of Preamble Guarantees of our Constitution TO IMPLEMENT THE RULE IN TRUE CONCEPT OF OBJECTIVES OF CONSTITUTION. more
This is enough to establish Justified Rule in the Country more
