Instead of concentrate, can we squeeze a lemon in a glass of water and drink it to have the same beneficial effects, or is it necessary to have only concentrate. Please try to satisfy my curiosity. I am a fan of Raja Chandra Saheb and respect his numerous beneficial posts. more
