Legitimate Rights of Real Farmers
1. Farmers to have Right to Sell their Produce anywhere in India Enjoying Provisions of Article 19.
2 Farmers to be permitted to Export their Produce directly under Central Export Council/Commission.
3. Retail Price and MSP to Farmers to be so Regulated so that Profit Margin Shall reasonably be 20% after Adding Cost of Transport which only Help People.
4. Farmers to get Minimum Sale Price Assessment under APMC.
5. Agricultural Lands mortgaged not to be allowed for confiscation or Change of Land Use.
6. Subsidies on Fertilisers, Pesticides to be Regulated and Controlled under Direct Bank Account Credit System.
7. Adulteration of Seeds Fertilisers Pesticides and Food items Shall be subjected to severe Punishments and imprisonment.
8. Govts to eliminate Middlemen Monopoly in Food-Grains.
9. Tax on Agricultural Land Shall be continued recording Crop Cultivation and Extent.
10. Income Tax Exemption on Agricultural income to be Confined to 10 Ten Acres and or Limiting Total Income to 5 Five Lakhs per Year.
11. Poor Farmers having Agricultural Activities on 10 Acres and below are to be considered for Interest Free Loans on purchase and Use of Farm Equipment.
12. Agri Land-Owners having 10 Acres and below are to be provided with Subsidy on purchase of Farm Equipment Banning Resale.
13. UNION OF INDIA REALISING ARTICLE 12 SHALL EXERCISE ITS POWER AND RESPONSIBILITY OVER ESSENTIAL NECESSITIES EVEN NOW UPHOLDING CONCEPT, PURPOSE OF LIFE ARTICLE 21. more

The picture is getting clearer by the day. This agitation is no longer in the hands of genuine farmers. So however the govt tries to explain the benifits of the bill, the agitators will not accept it and remain adamant till their funds are exhausted. When the "agitators" find that there is no free lunch available, they will desert the scene. This time the funding agencies have planned for a longer show-down and will hold on longer after they realise that there are no gains in this buisiness. more

Probably, many have not seen and heard this morning's Interview of Union Finance Minister Smt. Nirmala Sitaraman on the TV India Today Channel . I followed the program of interviewed 'Questions & Replies' in coordination with rapt attention . For your information, let me tell you there is no justifiable cause from the farmers side against the New Farm Laws/Bills. It is evident to me in my mind that the Farmers are either politically motivated or purposelessly impatient when the economy is legally safe in the hands of our Union Finance Minister recovering from the passing away pandemic . Moving Courts-of-Law amounts to stampeding the Constitutional Rights of the ruling BJP Party to erode BJP's Assertiveness and Authority in matters of Farmers' interests /Benefits. In fact , Farmers are indulging in national waste of time and energy with a narrow mind for astrological gains. more

The Income tax o persons have more than 10 acres of land to be used for the benefit of Kisan have less than 10 acres of land. c) For Adulteration of Fertilisers Pesticides Seeds should be punished heavily by penalty and imprisonment d) Is it a fact that the kisan bill is introduced for the benefit of Ambani and Adani or it is favorite names of Rahul Gandhi, made applicable by kisan andolan e) Is it fact that kisan andolan is run by and for few families in Panjab and Maharashtra, who are commission agents, making money out of the blood of kisan and consumers? more
