Let the rule of law take on its own.Not like some political leaders like Prakash karat who claims to be secular and communist ,tries to bring non-secularism and split people of India with cheap remarks for their own political gains. more  

1. There is no body and no-body to question as to how the killed victims could be brought alive . 2. There is none to second or support that none shall kill or murder any living co-being . 3. None still realize that willful or planned or wanted or purposeful or as his self right of profession kills or murders any living co-being is not at all a human being but only is a paid murderer/ paid killer who shall be publicly hanged. 4. No body is thinking that those murdered or killed are also the same human being and citizen to have equal right to live. 5. Some are not even understanding that safeguarding a killer or murderer or a traitor or a terrorist or an extremist activist that harming the Citizen of the Country who are also the valid and renowned Human beings is a Criminal nature that shall not be allowed in Civility . 6. Humanity is always and everywhere shared between the co human beings . While as the Criminals are safeguarded by the Country Rulers . The raise and or continuance of Terrorist or extremist Murders/ Killing is not at all because of the people/ Citizen but only because of the lethargic and neglected rule of the elected governments those willfully managed insufficient Courts and ion sufficient Judges to deliver in-time justice awards. 7. The issue of Yakub Memen also is one of the well proved incident to think of the Time ; Justice ; Award ; Punishment ; Enforcement. 8. Justice will be a justice if it is timely awarded. There are government failures in fulfilling their part which lead the situation for a thought of Justice . EVEN HEREAFTER, GOVERNMENTS SHALL EXECUTE THE PUNISHMENTS AWARDED BY THE COURTS PROMPTLY IN TIME AND SHALL NOT LEAD TO ABNORMAL DELAYS . 9. In the issues of Death Sentence, any delay is only Killing the person again and again which is not only in-human ; but also a Sin. None should play with mental life i.e., Sole . WHILE AS NONE SHOULD AVOID OR NEGLECT THE DEATH SENTENCE OF A WILLFUL OR A PAID KILLER / MURDERER OF HUMAN BEINGS WHATEVER NAME & STATUS HE HAS. 10. Justice if awarded in time with any volume of punishment , the real accused will not suffer . He may after some time, repent and realize . The same in case of a willful or paid Killer, cannot make him realize and rather he builds dangerous situations and serious such consequences if the judgement & punishment delayed and our governments already in experience. 11. There is also the comprehensive need of thinking and realizing the collective and coordinated convincing of the human values and mankind in the groups and countries of Terrorism and Extreme activists since it is the task of the hour. IT IS NEEDLESS TO REMIND ABOUT THE WITHIN THE COUNTRY EXTREMIST GROUPS THAT ARE KILLING INNOCENT PEOPLE & CHALLENGING EVEN THE GOVERNMENT FORCES . 12. The so-called extra-ordinary humanists extend their excellence in convincing these Indian activists specifically presenting the procedure and provisions that turn them humanists ; there will be a greatest grace to India and Indians please. more
