Land aquisition bill--Take the opposition heads on
There has been a lot of buzz about the land aquisition bill.
Opposition parties are using land aquisition bill as a tool to spread lies...
First Question-
--Why does the central govt want the land aquisition bill?
Ans--TO set up industries and offices so that make in India campaign gets a boost and India develops...Fair Enough
Second Question--
--Where can the land be obtained from?
The farmers or private individuals holding decent amount of land or the land with state govts under forest and semiforest area.
Third question--
What are the challenges in getting the land from each possible option-
--Introducing a bill to get the land from farmers has already become a toy to play with and mislead people
As the farmers in India are usually poor ,its possible to get the land from them if they are given a decent amount and they agree to sell the land at a reasonable price
--Getting land from private companies will be very expensive and the entire idea of make in INdia campaign will turn into a failure so this option can be discarded
Also the opposition gets one more toy that the govt favours private players
--The third option can be conditionally studied as that semi forest areas can be used for industries and offices..The so called environmental activists will get a toy this time.
The solution is uprooting the existing trees with the technology available and planting them in some other areas ..
To sum up..The farmers when sell the land to the govt voluntarily get a decent money (per acre of land) decided by the govt and Industries can be set up
Also survey to get the semi forest land near the cities can be done to access the possibilities.

Only BJP ruled stae govts will cooperate initially..Once the trial is successful every state govt will be lured to cooperate.

Major cities or BJP ruled states where air connectivity is available .

WHich areas of the cities are to be selected for setting up Industries?
The prices of lands in the outskirts of the cities are usually very high as the area seems to be turning into a rapidly developin area.One acre of land can cost around one crore..
There is no point in selecting such areas ..
The GOvt needs to go further deep..When I mean deep I mean the area which is not alongside the main roads..Three Km deep inside ,Its again around 5 lac /acre as there is hardly any connectivity..Sometimes less than that.
It should be the govt's responsibility to construct roads by the time the construction work of the buildings/industries begins..
How to tackle the menace of Rahul Gandhi?
It should not be complicated as the bill has not been introduced so far..
Make a team which watches the movement of Rahul Gandhi /Kejriwal /Anna etc
FOr every statement funny remarks like
"Its like we have robbed Rahul Gandhi whose jija had been robbing farmers.We dont snatch the land of poor farmers like you people did "
"Man where were you all these years"
"Tell me one farmer whose land has been forcibly snatched" because the land bill has not been passed no evidence of land being snatched
"Its good to see Rahul gandhi awake after 45 yrs"

"Kyon itna uchal kood macha rahe ho ..Pahle bill to padh lo"
and more remarks from BJP MPs with low public appearance so that they also get the publicity..

What other methods can be deployed to lure farmers?
--A job in police department for one member if he fits the criteria..
--Once flat in the constructed area which will be an additional asset of something like 15-20 lac for the farmer other than the price of land
--Any other luring mechanism ,the govt can think of..

Final nail in th coffin
If the govt feels that the land aquisition bill has everything they can defend,please try to make a public debate inviting Rahul Gandhi,Arving Kejrival and whoever is opposing the bill.
Ask them to be polite and start the test with their knowledge on Land Aquisition bill.
Use this as a platform to promote that the govt has decided rates of 10 lac /acre with additional provisions like job for one member from the farmers family..Sufficient income to make a good life ..A house and much more..

I propose to scrap the land acquisition bill completely ....Do the re-survey of land as Sarmaji said...Make a team who comes up with possible options ....In the BJP ruled states select the major cities with airports, rail and road connectivity..One hour drive from airport is like a radius of 50-60 Kms...As the airports are usually located at the outer areas of the city,50 kms from the airport going further deep is possible...Select the area which is not just along the side of road but deep inside(will have to develop the road connectivity later)....Advertise that govt is interested in purchasing the land at eg 8 lac /acre and the present price is 2 lac per acre...There will be many people interested ..If the cumilative area becomes around 50-100 acres,the job is done...... Add the other facilities to lure the farmers... SOftware IT parks require only the sitting space for employees hence an area of 50 Acres is good enough,.. For the manufacturing industries,larger area may be required and things can be planned as per the possibilities. Simultanously keep an eye on the open area owned by the state govt that come under forest ...Try to utilise the modern machinery to uproot big trees and plant them somewhere else.. Do these things without making any noise and once the industries start coming up ,the other state govts will also cooperate.. more

This is a good proposal for re survey of land..This is very clear that the central govt will find it difficult to implement in states ruled by some other political parties..At least the BJP ruled states can cooperate..Once the cities are finalized ,re survey of land for feasibility and availibility will give the govt. some direction ..It has to start form somewhere...Not just the land allotted to SEZs but all possible options need to be explored..Once the first industry comes in,it will be a big morale booster more
